INTRODUCTION

Artistic productions including handmade crafts are very potent cultural representatives, particularly for countries with ancient civilizations like Iran. ‏Geographical location, rich history, culture and art-friendliness of Iranians cause the establishment of a huge variety of arts and crafts in Iran. ‏Persian handicrafts collection was established in 2012 with the aim of producing, selling and exporting Iranian handicrafts, with the knowledge of this great diversity along with the experience and employment of specialized artists in various fields. ‏During its activity, this collection has been able to export high quality handicraft goods to various countries such as the United Kingdom, the United States, Japan, Kuwait, Austria, France, and so on. ‏At present, the collection focuses on the fields of enamel,engraving, pottery and ceramics, inlay textiles, miniatures, kilims, gabbehs and carpets.
